This is the second Tabor tool I've purchased. They are really well made (the other is a long-handled lopper). These are very sharp and with the longer handles you really get some leverage to cut bushes and other vegatation.

When it comes to chopping cotton wood (hey I live in Wyoming, can't be picky) this axe is the bomb. It is very sturdy, has good weight and is willing to take a beating from a sledge hammer. Split that stubborn cotton wood with no problem. And by the way cotton wood burns just fine and for a long time.

The round nose tips of the blades are so helpful in getting into tight spaces, especially when trying to pinch new growth on fragile plants. I like the idea of the piece of material at the bottom of the handles that keeps the blades together when you're not using them. These are great snippers.
